Outside Software Sales Representative
We're looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Outside Software Sales Representative to bring Purechart's practice management platform to healthcare providers, dental offices, medical spas, and service businesses across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with healthcare practices and service businesses through in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
- Conduct on-site product demos tailored to the prospect's workflow, showcasing scheduling, timeclock, patient management, lab orders, and other platform capabilities
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with practice owners, office managers, and decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing to develop territory-specific strategies, attend industry trade shows, and represent Purechart at conferences and networking events
- Provide market feedback to the product team on customer needs, competitive landscape, and feature requests
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Purechart's product suite, competitive differentiators, and industry trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside B2B software sales experience, preferably in healthcare IT, SaaS, or practice management solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a field sales role
- Experience selling to healthcare providers, dental practices, or medical offices strongly preferred
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage a territory, and travel up to 50%
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription pricing, and ROI-based selling
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

Digital Marketing Specialist
We're seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead Purechart's online presence, drive qualified leads, and build brand awareness in the healthcare technology space. You'll own our digital marketing strategy from SEO and content to paid campaigns and social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to drive qualified leads and brand awareness
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and industry-specific platforms, managing budgets and maximizing ROAS
- Create compelling marketing content including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email sequences, landing pages, and social media content tailored to healthcare professionals
- Manage and grow Purechart's social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube with consistent, on-brand messaging
- Own SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, link building, and content planning to improve organic search rankings
- Design and manage email marketing campaigns and drip sequences for lead nurturing, onboarding, product updates, and customer retention
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, pitch decks, and prospect-facing collateral
- Stay current on healthcare marketing regulations, HIPAA-compliant marketing practices, and industry trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or professional services
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO/SEM, paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), email marketing, and content strategy
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar) and CRM integration
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and data-driven decision making
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with the ability to translate technical features into compelling benefits

Director of Operations & Engineering
We're looking for a hands-on Director of Operations & Engineering with a strong Computer Science background to lead Purechart's technical operations, infrastructure, and engineering team. This role bridges engineering leadership with day-to-day operational excellence — ensuring our platform is reliable, scalable, and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance of Purechart's cloud-based platform, including web, mobile (React Native/Expo), and backend services
- Lead and mentor a growing engineering team, establishing best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and agile development workflows
- Own platform reliability, uptime (99.9% SLA), incident response, and infrastructure monitoring using modern observability tools
- Manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including compute, storage, networking, and database services, with a focus on cost optimization and scalability
- Establish and enforce security practices including HIPAA compliance, data encryption, access controls, vulnerability management, and penetration testing
- Drive technical strategy and roadmap planning in collaboration with the CEO and product team, translating business requirements into engineering priorities
- Manage vendor relationships with cloud providers, third-party API integrations (payment processing, lab systems, communication services), and development tools
- Implement and maintain DevOps practices including automated deployments, infrastructure-as-code, containerization, and disaster recovery procedures
- Oversee database administration, data architecture, and migration strategies for PostgreSQL and related data stores
- Establish KPIs for engineering productivity, system performance, and operational efficiency, reporting regularly to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
- Deep expertise in modern web technologies: React, React Native, Node.js, TypeScript, and RESTful API design
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS or Azure acceptable) including infrastructure management and DevOps
- Solid understanding of database design and administration (PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar)
- Experience building and operating HIPAA-compliant or healthcare-regulated systems strongly preferred
- Proven ability to recruit, lead, and develop high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong knowledge of security best practices, CI/CD tooling, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and monitoring systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure
- Experience with Expo/React Native mobile app development and app store deployment is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $140,000 - $190,000 depending on experience
